RC24 User Interface Mockup

I recently made a 24 colour palette, the RC24, and to practice using it, I decided to build a UI reminiscent of Windows. I wanted to keep the icons simple and not too overshaded or overworked, since it would clash with the minimalist windows. I also opted for dark backgrounds to reduce eye strain.
